We are not happy, if you are not delighted after using Tara Products. Tara Cloth is committed to provide the utmost satisfaction to the customers with best quality products, out of the world shopping experience and exemplary customer support.

As a policy we advise you to check the product upon its delivery. Once it is delivered/ accepted by you, in no case, we shall take it back.

Despite our best efforts, if you are not delighted experiencing our product, please write to us at We shall revert at the earliest.

Our Hygiene Policy

As per our hygiene policy and care for you, we do not accept returns on our products. But there are certain cases when we accept.
Return is accepted in the following conditions

1. Damaged external Packaging

At the time of the delivery if you find the damaged or tampered packaging of the consignment then we advise you not to accept it. Rather, notify the same to the courier agency by mentioning on the delivery sheet. Also, raise the complaint on our website and along with your order.

Initiation of the refund process will start after the courier partner gets an acknowledgement from our side that we have accepted for return.

If you have opted for a Prepaid order using Net Banking, Gift Card, Credit Card, Debit Card, or, Wallets), we will refund the money to the same mode of payment. If it is a Cash-on-Delivery (COD) order, the order is cancelled and there is no need for refund in this scenario.

2.The product was found to be damaged or had manufacturing defect(s) or wrong product was delivered

a) Return via

In case the product was not found in good condition, or it was damaged, defective, or different in size, colour or shape than what you ordered you can return your product

If your product fits the Return criteria as mentioned above. You write to us at We will initiate the return and refund process. We will also send you a confirmation for return via SMS.

Please return the product only when you receive the confirmation from our side. Should you return without confirmation from our end, we do not guarantee any credit or refund.

After we receive the returned good(s), we will examine it and. After we find that returned product(s) fulfills all the conditions mentioned above, the refund process is initiated from our end. The status of the refund process is sent to you via email and SMS.

If the damage, delay or error is due to the consumer, the refund will not be processed and the product will be sent back to the customer.

b) Return through Self-Shipment:

Tara Cloth doesn’t entertain reverse pick up.

Refund Process

We may provide refunds if: (i) The order is cancelled by the customer or by Taracloth before we ship the product to the destination as mentioned by you.

(ii) If the returned items fulfil all criteria of the returning process as mentioned above Prepaid and COD Refunds

a) Refunds for Pre-paid Orders:

If you have made payment by using a credit card, the amount will be credited in your credit card account in the next 5 to 7 working days. If the payment is made through using an internet banking or a debit card, the money is credited back in the account in the next 7 to 14 working days.

In case you don’t get the refund within this time period, please check with your bank and let us know if you face any issues.

b) Refund Timelines
