Timely delivery depends two things. Our SOP and basic but critical information provided by you at the time of placing the order with us. Therefore, we advise you that please ensure complete address along with landmark, house number, building, apartment, street number, town/city or the Country. Wrong information provided by you may result on delayed deliveries, lost or misplaced order and we shall not be, in any case, responsible for it.
The customer cannot force to accept shipment from the carrier of her/his choice. Tara Cloths reserve the right to decide/select a carrier.
For international shipments, the goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee has to authorize Tara Cloth on her/his behalf consignee/buyer. The consignee/buyer, further, concedes that Tara Cloth may/can delegate the obligation of importing the goods on her/his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). Moreover, the consignee has to pay the taxes & duties as applicable in addition with the purchase price of the goods.
Processing time is different that shipment time. The former is our internal SOP and shipment delivery depends on the carrier and other external factors like act of god or a holiday, weekend that are out of the control of the Tara Cloth. In such cases, Tara Cloth shall not be responsible for delays happening due to these issues.
The estimated timelines pf processing, transit and the final delivery are mentioned in FAQs for your reference. US destination orders may take 12 days from the shipping date to deliver.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and with tracking information. Though we prefer USPs or UPS to ship most of the destinations of International & U.S. orders, we reserve the right to opt the carrier agency as per our choice.
The final shipping cost of the product is displayed at the point of checkout.
Shipping costs are not refundable under any circumstances. For refusing any shipment, you will be deducted all the charges incurred by us.
Please contact us with in the 10 days in case of non-delivery of shipment to file your claim for refund. Please note that claim process can take up to 30 days.
Tara Cloth will not refund or credit shipments that have been confirmed by the carrier agency as delivered on the mentioned address.
In case you have ordered multiple items and one or more goods are not in the inventory, we will dispatch the balance order and refund the amount of good(s) not in the stock.
Tara Cloth reserves the right of refusal to shipping of good(s) on account of the following;
Abnormal or irregular product returns.
Abnormal or irregular returns that involve products used, damaged, defaced, altered or missing.
Any activity that is fraudulent or criminal in nature and has been carried out to harm the interest of Tara Cloth or the society
